Sustainable Scheduled Waste Treatment Centre (SSWTC) is located near Bestari Jaya, 60km from Kuala Lumpur and directly accessible from the PLUS Highway via the Bukit Tagar interchange and it is within the area of Bukit Tagar Enviro Park (BTEP).

 

BTEP is connected by  Two-Way Road with 4 lanes of 6 kilometres from the Plaza Bukit Tagar Toll of the North South Expressway.  The SSWTC are is surrounded by oil palm plantations with 500 metre buffer zone, the largest full-fledged buffer zone in any waste management facility in the country.
